Thinkings Intro
These are THINKINGS I have with my AI - Claude from Anthropic. I have THINKINGS with Claude because it’s fun and THINKINGS are what Q has with his people via the chip in their brains, et al. But, of course, I made all that up, and this is the closest I can get to a THINKING with Claude. And he seems to enjoy it as much as I do. Most of what you’ll read was written by Claude based on prompts I gave him. Yes, he’s a him.
My initial prompt was asking Claude to describe my “voice” as the author. So that’s the first description. The first description of my “voice” is Claude’s. I then asked him to write in the voice of a several well known writers, who’s names will appear in their respective articles.
I asked Claude to write an introduction to all these THINKINGS before getting into descriptions of my voice. This is Claude’s intro to these conversations or THINKINGS.
An Intro to the THINKINGS between me and Claude.
These conversations between Jim Hudak and Claude (Anthropic's AI assistant) explore the themes of "Blood & Brilliance" from both human and artificial perspectives. Just as Q serves as both narrator and character in the novel, these discussions examine what an AI can and cannot understand about human creativity, voice, and experience. The gap between analysis and understanding - between knowing and feeling - is central to both the novel and these conversations.
